1. On Fulfillment of the Decision of the Central Committee Plenum on Organizing Party Courses, Leninist Courses and Courses on the History and Politics of the Party.

Formulate practical measures to organize the courses (schedules, programs, training of instructors, etc.), commissions are to be formed, consisting of the following comrades: Andreev (for convening), Zhdanov, Yezhov, Gamarnik, Stetsky, Khrushchev, Malenkov and Yakovlev.
