On the matter of the organization of a closed competition for a play and screenplay about the October Revolution in connection with the twentieth anniversary of the October revolution, advance the following considerations:
1. The Task
Show the role of Lenin [and Stalin] in the preparation and conduct of the October Revolution, and highlight the Party's organizing role.
The pivotal point of the play and screenplay should be the proletarian October Revolution as a decisive stage in the history of mankind.
Lenin may be shown in the play and the screenplay.
