In accordance with the decision and the accounting of the Executive Commission of the Bolshevik Center (the expanded editorial board of Proletarii) at the meeting of 11 November 1909, I have received from Ye. X. two hundred seventy-five thousand nine hundred eighty-four (275,984) francs.
