1st. For everythding for your Activity, our respected one, for your sincere devotion to the idea of a [better] life for the people, we are sincerely devoted to you; and we are deeply confident that your tasks among the people will be carried out in full. You can believe that the power and will of the people's reason are behind you; we will tell you boldly and proudly and confidently that anyone who is against you is against the people; our confidence is in you and Comrade Agriculture Minister Chernov, our honor and our glory and our support in everything and the people's victory and your fulfilling your task; we have always believed in you, the power of the people, and you are our Heroes [Bogatyrs] strengthening our freedoms. Land and liberty to all the working people. Only here do we find life, salvation, and the kingdom of heaven on earth for the people. You are our friends you are our saviors and we trust you and our hope is in you for the salvation of the working population of Russia and our confidence is in you. You can believe that no power will ever shake us as long as we live. You and us, together and united.

2nd. We report our resolution. The ideas of the Kadets who speak to us and on our account travel out in threesomes and pairs, and what do they promise us? They started out in the first place saying tsarist, cabinet, and monastery land should be for the people, 2nd the landowners bankers manufacturers and factory owners should have their lands, 3rd we tell them:

All the land must go to the working people; instead, you gentlemen Kadets are getting a nobleman's stable ready for us, to sleep on bast mats, to fight with birch branches. Down with the Kadets, and get them away from the working people. They don't have our trust and never will.

3rd. Educational goals. An unrestricted clergy of and from the people.

4th. Volost zemstvos are independent. District [raion] committees considered as Local Oversight Committees.

5th. Together with the peasants, a Constituent Assembly in one chamber and a popular representative of the head and honor of the working people.

6th. Wage military action to victory and glory for Russia.

7th. Lenin and his agents must be punished by the people's justice along with Mr. Miliukov.

8th. Send all the old police starting with the town guards constables police officers gendarmes governors up to the Romanovs to the front lines of the drum fire and in the future we won't have any faith in them, or in any of the popular institutions now and in the future.

9th. We hereby empower the district [raion] committee located at the Fir.[ovo] Station N.[ovgorod] R.[ailroad] and the representative of the report Lebedev by signature of the chairman of the committee and the village elder Potap Alekseev.
