The organization period is much longer than expected. Everything moves along slowly because first, conditions here are complicated, and second, Browder is very busy and although he helps me gladly, it takes much time to arrange things; third, many things which I should not do myself are being delayed because I have no experienced man to help me. . . . There is yet very much to be organized, but I . . . was able to organize that necessary minimum which makes it possible to start activity and begin to execute your orders. . . . Have already organized: 1. Address for money. 2. 8 addresses for letters. 3. Money sender. 4. 2 registered addresses for cables from Europe. 5. 4 rooms for work meetings and keeping things. 6.
