And yet in the meantime all the international reactionary forces are howling in an anti-Soviet frenzy. The statement of the leaders of the Second International [Social Democrats] is a vile anti-Soviet act. Once again we repeat that there is a need for statements by the CC of the Party, the Party organizations, mass meetings, in particular the Social Democratic workers, with an expression of fraternal solidarity with the workers of the USSR, the leadership of the VKP [Soviet Communist Party], and the leader of the international proletariat, com. Stalin. 2
